Truth is not necessarily perception and perception is very often not truth. Truth is reality, but what kind of reality. Often our reality is based upon perception.

Imagine you are standing on the opposite side of the road to me. We both see the same car passing in front of us. You would say the car came from the right while I say the car came from the left. So who is right? We both are from our own perception. The truth is the car was traveling from point A to point B but our perception was different but right at the same time. We often make judgement calls according to where we stand or what we think.

How many times have we been wrong when acting on our perception. To determine truth one has to aware of all the facts and we rarely are. God is omniscient and he alone has all knowledge and all the facts. I concur with the statement from The Truth Project that “Truth is reality according to God!”
